The Scavenger Hunt Experience is a full service event planning agency, which means we’ll plan, manage and organise your Hunt from start to finish, doing as much or as little as you like.
The Programme
We start the day with Registration and a short Pre-race briefing. The group is divided into teams before the Race begins. (The Client has the option to divide the group in teams before the Race Day.) Each team receives a Race Pack containing all the information and any “feature props” essential for the race and the adventures begin.
After the event there is an After-Party & Prize-Giving (Cash Bar). Food can be provided, for an additional cost, before you depart at your own leisure.
PACKAGES
Our Hunts have been especially designed to provide all our guests with the ultimate party and adventure experience.
For an extra-special event, we will customise things to suit your personal requirements (or Corporate brand and culture) – providing everything from prizes, snack packs for the road, branded shirts, themed team costumes, vehicles and drivers …. to a full lunch or dinner after the event (depending on whether you choose the morning or afternoon slot). We’ll even arrange a Food Truck Festival at the Finish Line! The options are limitless and completely up to you!
Teams work best in multiples of 4 but we can accommodate teams of 2, 3 or 5 PAX, depending on the size and configuration of your party.
Basic Package
Our Basic Package includes a 4 -5 hour Self-Drive event, from start to finish. (Average racing time is around 3 -4 hours, depending on how fast you go and how competitive your team is!)
PRIVATE EVENTS
Birthday Parties / Bachelor & Hen Parties / Team Building / Corporate Events
- Please note that prices are flexible and depend on group size, gifts and prizes required so please request a quote for a customised event that perfectly suits your corporate brand and culture. The start and finish times are flexible and can be determined by the availability of the teams but morning slots usually start at 9:00 and teams race to the Finish Line by 13:00; and afternoon slots start at 14h00 ending at 18h00. Two weeks advance registration is required.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made no later than 10 days prior to the event in order to be eligible for transfer or 50 % refund.
Bookings made within 48 hours of an event are unfortunately non-transferable/non-refundable.
